A well-regarded legal firm is looking for an experienced HR professional to provide maternity cover, supporting the success of the company’s people strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Acting as a trusted advisor on all people related issues, the Senior HR Advisor will provide robust HR advice and guidance to Partners, Directors and Senior Managers.

Responsibilities will include:
Leading and taking full accountability for the delivery of regular and ad-hoc people related projects
Working with the Partners, Directors and Senior Managers to proactively identify and resolve people management issues through the application of appropriate individual and organisational interventions
Implementing a regular contact programme with Partners and Directors to help develop their management and leadership skills, providing coaching as appropriate
Reviewing workforce and broader data to predict and address challenges and work collaboratively in regards to succession planning and the talent management process
Providing support in identifying talent and appropriate development positions globally
Experience and skills required:
Previous HR experience working closely with Senior Managers and Directors, delivering sound generalist HR support to a medium/large sized business
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to hold difficult conversations and make decisions quickly
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
