Responsibilities will include:
Identifying and escalating identified risks and ensuring follow up points are actioned
Ensuring team objectives are aligned with overall company strategy
Identifying and recommending improvements to internal working practices
Managing, developing and coaching staff
Actively leading change projects and building strong working relationships across the business
Experience and skills required:
Previous fund services experience
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification to diploma level
Good understanding of Jersey and international regulatory standards
Previous management or leadership experience would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
