Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing a portfolio of clients, including complex clients
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and potential new clients
Acting as a role model and leader through the supervision and development of administration teams
Where required, acting as a Director of client companies
Acting as an ‘A’ authorised signatory
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience working with private equity fund administration
Comprehensive and detailed understanding and knowledge of the local finance industry legislation and regulatory requirements
Holds a relevant Table 4 professional qualification
Leadership, motivation and presentation skills
