Reporting to the Head of Transfer Agency within the fund services department, you will assist with the efficient processing of transactions, ensuring a quality service is delivered to a range of fund clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing, processing, validating and releasing trades for a range of complex offshore funds in line with controls and procedures
Assisting with reporting
Preparing and processing fund distributions within deadlines
Building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
Accurately maintaining registers and investor files
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience within transfer agency
An in-depth knowledge of transfer agency and industry practice to include property funds
Excellent understanding of the offshore fund compliance and regulatory regime
Ability to work well within a team
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
