As a Senior Fund Administrator, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day administration of your assigned private equity structures and assist the team with the administration of various funds.
Responsibilities will include:
Administering a portfolio of private equity clients and undertaking related company secretarial duties
Scheduling board meetings, distributing documentation and taking minutes
Establishing new entities and liaising with third parties as required
Preparing partnership/shareholder agreements, registers and statutory documents
Experience and skills required:
Proven private equity fund administration experience
Strong understanding of investments, funds, treasury functions and associated terminology
Hold or studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP
Motivated, organised and keen to develop own abilities and knowledge
