In this role you will work closely with the client facing team and will be responsible for the production and delivery of client reports to specified deadlines and in line with internal, client and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing reports prepared by Administrators, including tax reports, compliance reports and accounts 

  • Ensuring key client, regulatory, statutory and internal deliverables are completed on time 

  • Liaising with client contacts, Lawyers and Investors 

  • Monitoring internal key performance indicators, such as the reporting calendars and minutes for client portfolios 

  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and reporting any potential issues to the Manager/Assistant Manager 

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong academic background, educated to at least degree level (or equivalent) 

  • High level of accuracy and methodical approach to tasks 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Solutions-orientated and proven ability to schedule, plan, deliver and implement  

  • Previous fund administration or accounting experience
