Within this role, you will work closely with the client facing team and be responsible for the production and delivery of client reports to deadlines and in line with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and timetabling client reviews for all administered entities 

  • Working closely with client facing teams, compliance and CDD to design and implement a responsive quality review schedule

  • Delivering effective quality reviews and feedback on the quality and individual competence  

  • Acting as a point of contact for colleagues with queries on client reviews 

  • Tracking and reporting on the status and closing of client review findings and generating reports for committees 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years fund and corporate administration experience 

  • Strong academic background and have completed studying towards ICSA Diploma 

  • Good technical knowledge of corporate and funds legislation and regulations

  • Ability to plan, schedule and delivery tasks to deadline 

  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to delivering quality
