As Senior Fund Administrator you will be part of a team working on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new real estate and private equity funds.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of real estate and private equity fund administration and coordinating company secretarial duties

  • Participating in the creation and maintenance of fund company investor registers or limited partner registers 

  • Assisting with the take-on and set-up of new clients 

  • Drafting and distributing minutes

  • Supervising, coaching and developing more junior staff  

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ real estate, private equity or trust and company experience

  • Either hold or currently studying towards the ICSA Diploma or equivalent

  • Company secretarial knowledge would be an advantage 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
