As Senior Fund Administrator you will be part of a team working on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new real estate and private equity funds.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with all aspects of real estate and private equity fund administration and coordinating company secretarial duties
Participating in the creation and maintenance of fund company investor registers or limited partner registers
Assisting with the take-on and set-up of new clients
Drafting and distributing minutes
Supervising, coaching and developing more junior staff
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ real estate, private equity or trust and company experience
Either hold or currently studying towards the ICSA Diploma or equivalent
Company secretarial knowledge would be an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
