Joining the thriving funds team, you will assist the Manager and Directors of the funds business with the administration of a varied portfolio of clients and coordination of all aspects of the services offered by the company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client needs and expectations, ensuring a pro-active service is provided at all times 

  • Participating in client meetings

  • Coordinating Director and Shareholder meetings, including preparing board packs and recording meeting minutes 

  • Managing investment acquisitions and disposals 

  • Undertaking client periodic reviews and advising on CDD requirements for investors and clients

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ fund administration experience, or minimum 5 years’ relevant financial services experience

  • Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent

  • Previous minute writing experience 

  • Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification 

  • Strong time management and organisational skills
