Joining the thriving funds team, you will assist the Manager and Directors of the funds business with the administration of a varied portfolio of clients and coordination of all aspects of the services offered by the company.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing client needs and expectations, ensuring a pro-active service is provided at all times
Participating in client meetings
Coordinating Director and Shareholder meetings, including preparing board packs and recording meeting minutes
Managing investment acquisitions and disposals
Undertaking client periodic reviews and advising on CDD requirements for investors and clients
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ fund administration experience, or minimum 5 years’ relevant financial services experience
Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
Previous minute writing experience
Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Strong time management and organisational skills
