Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a varied client portfolio, investigating and suggesting enhancements where necessary 

  • Manging own billing and cash collection process

  • Reviewing client structures, completing review processes for client entities and remaining aware of risk exposure 

  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are met

  • Reviewing legal and tax advice where appropriate  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous fund administration experience 

  • Good understanding of risk awareness, relationship management, contractual and statutory regulations is required

  • Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently using own initiative
