Responsibilities will include:
Administering a varied client portfolio, investigating and suggesting enhancements where necessary
Manging own billing and cash collection process
Reviewing client structures, completing review processes for client entities and remaining aware of risk exposure
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are met
Reviewing legal and tax advice where appropriate
Experience and skills required:
Previous fund administration experience
Good understanding of risk awareness, relationship management, contractual and statutory regulations is required
Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently using own initiative
