This is an exciting opportunity to join the fund services department in a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services provider, offering an inclusive and friendly culture where you will enjoy a productive, rewarding and progressive career.

In this role you will deliver a first-class administrative service to a varied portfolio of corporate clients alongside leaders in the industry who bring together a varied mix of skills and expertise, whilst building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients on day to day matters 

  • Maintaining statutory books for own portfolio 

  • Reviewing payment instructions prepared by junior staff 

  • Regularly communicating with clients 

  • Scheduling and attending client meetings

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 4 years relevant industry administration experience, including 3 years’ experience running own portfolio  

  • Hold a relevant Table 5 qualification and is willing to study towards diploma level 

  • Good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements & working practices

  • Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple deadlines 

  • Proactive and disciplined approach to work
