In this role you will deliver a first-class administrative service to a varied portfolio of corporate clients alongside leaders in the industry who bring together a varied mix of skills and expertise, whilst building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients on day to day matters
Maintaining statutory books for own portfolio
Reviewing payment instructions prepared by junior staff
Regularly communicating with clients
Scheduling and attending client meetings
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 4 years relevant industry administration experience, including 3 years’ experience running own portfolio
Hold a relevant Table 5 qualification and is willing to study towards diploma level
Good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements & working practices
Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple deadlines
Proactive and disciplined approach to work
