As Senior Fund Administrator, you will provide assistance with administrative and company secretarial duties for a wide range of funds clients. You will support day to day tasks, such as administering the incorporation of entities, opening bank accounts and ensuring legal documents are adhered to.

Responsibilities will include:
Administering your own portfolio of clients
Preparing board packs, attending meetings and preparing minutes
Updating and maintaining all company secretarial registers
Assisting with client take on procedures and collecting CDD
Preparing and submitting regulatory filings
Experience and skills required:
Previous fund administration experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA/STEP)
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive
