The fund services team have a well-established track-record of working closely with clients and delivering high quality, tailored solutions. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a first-class administrative service and maintaining and enhancing client relationships in your own varied portfolio.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a varied portfolio of clients and actively liaising with clients on day to day matters 

  • Maintaining regulatory documentation and statutory books 

  • Supervising and coaching more junior team members, including reviewing payment instructions

  • Preparing board packs and attending client meetings

  • Assisting with periodic reviews and preparing checklists

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ funds experience, including previous experience running own portfolio 

  • Hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Good understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements and working practices 

  • An understanding of basic client financial statements   

  • Excellent time management skills
