The fund services team have a well-established track-record of working closely with clients and delivering high quality, tailored solutions. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a first-class administrative service and maintaining and enhancing client relationships in your own varied portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
Administering a varied portfolio of clients and actively liaising with clients on day to day matters
Maintaining regulatory documentation and statutory books
Supervising and coaching more junior team members, including reviewing payment instructions
Preparing board packs and attending client meetings
Assisting with periodic reviews and preparing checklists
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 4 years’ funds experience, including previous experience running own portfolio
Hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Good understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements and working practices
An understanding of basic client financial statements
Excellent time management skills
