Working closely with the Manager and Associate Director on assigned funds, you will oversee the provision of a high quality service to clients, ensuring you have a thorough understanding of the fund structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing complex technical work on funds on a day-to-day basis

  • Helping the Manager to identify training needs and areas for development for more junior team members

  • Communicating regularly with clients and being responsible for the execution of client action points

  • Reviewing and authorising payments

  • Assisting with queries, acting as a technical expert in the team

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ fund administration experience

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks

  • Working knowledge of all payment channels

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
