Working closely with the Manager and Associate Director on assigned funds, you will oversee the provision of a high quality service to clients, ensuring you have a thorough understanding of the fund structures.
Responsibilities will include:
Performing complex technical work on funds on a day-to-day basis
Helping the Manager to identify training needs and areas for development for more junior team members
Communicating regularly with clients and being responsible for the execution of client action points
Reviewing and authorising payments
Assisting with queries, acting as a technical expert in the team
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ fund administration experience
Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification
Ability to keep calm under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks
Working knowledge of all payment channels
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
