Working collaboratively, you will support the finance team’s day to day administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the accounts payable and cashiering processes for in-house entities 

  • Accurately maintaining accounting records, including recording financial transactions

  • Processing supplier payments, receipts and employee expenses 

  • Dealing with internal accounts and invoice queries 

  • Performing bank reconciliations 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience working in a finance operations team 

  • Highly organised and excellent time management skills 

  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently, using own initiative
