Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the accounts payable and cashiering processes for in-house entities
Accurately maintaining accounting records, including recording financial transactions
Processing supplier payments, receipts and employee expenses
Dealing with internal accounts and invoice queries
Performing bank reconciliations
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience working in a finance operations team
Highly organised and excellent time management skills
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team and independently, using own initiative
