This key position will cover all aspects of compliance monitoring and reporting across all regulated entities, to ensure the compliance monitoring programmes are delivered as necessary.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the compliance monitoring programmes are in line with the business and any legislative or regulatory changes
Working alongside key stakeholders
Ensuring the compliance monitoring programmes are conducted in a timely manner and escalating any high risk findings
Overseeing the team assisting with monitoring activities
Ensuring relevant reporting/management information risk based analysis and commentary is produced
Experience and skills required:
Significant compliance or compliance monitoring experience in a regulated business, ideally within a trust company business environment
Ideally hold an ICA Diploma
Previous experience in developing, interpreting and ensuring implementation of policies
Ability to liaise and communicate with key stakeholders
