​An exciting career opportunity to join one of the world’s leading independently owned family offices, providing a range of services from long-term strategic planning and investments to day-to-day advice and administration.

This key position will cover all aspects of compliance monitoring and reporting across all regulated entities, to ensure the compliance monitoring programmes are delivered as necessary.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the compliance monitoring programmes are in line with the business and any legislative or regulatory changes

  • Working alongside key stakeholders

  • Ensuring the compliance monitoring programmes are conducted in a timely manner and escalating any high risk findings

  • Overseeing the team assisting with monitoring activities

  • Ensuring relevant reporting/management information risk based analysis and commentary is produced

Experience and skills required:

  • Significant compliance or compliance monitoring experience in a regulated business, ideally within a trust company business environment

  • Ideally hold an ICA Diploma

  • Previous experience in developing, interpreting and ensuring implementation of policies

  • Ability to liaise and communicate with key stakeholders
