Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading regulatory investigations or acting as a mentor to other team members in relation their caseloads 

  • Ensuring all information is handed in line with internal protocols 

  • Overseeing the coordination of information between internal teams 

  • Actively liaising with third party regulatory bodies and building strong working relationships 

  • Deputising as required for the Head of Department

  • Assisting with staff training and education

Experience and skills required:

  • Significant experience in a regulatory or compliance environment, ideally with exposure to AML or CFT

  • Previous experience with the investigatory process

  • Good understanding of the current financial services industry and regulatory laws

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
