Responsibilities will include:
Preparing client files and uploading to the onboarding software
Checking databases for potential conflicts of interests
Undertaking searches, appropriate checks and preparing documentation, including initial internet PEP searches
Liaising with clients and the compliance team for advice and arranging the sign off of client take on files
Prioritising and tracking the progress of CDD documentation
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Good technical knowledge and willing to develop an understanding of AML legislation
Either completed or willing to study towards a relevant ICA qualification
Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop close working relationships
Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work methodically and accurately
