Responsibilities will include:
Undertaking conflict of interest searches and AML risk reviews during client onboarding
Carrying out CDD reviews and communicating with clients regarding CDD requirements
Responding to business queries on matter opening and CDD
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a CDD/client take-on role within a financial services business or law firm
Strong knowledge of AML regulations for law firms and regulated fiduciary and corporate services in Jersey or Guernsey
Good organisational, analytical and time management skills
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
