As an integral member of the corporate services team in an expanding global business, you will assist with the provision of a quality service to a wide range of client structures.
Working closely with the responsible Manager, the role requires proactive, hands on client interaction including coordination and attendance at regular client meetings.

Responsibilities will include:
Administering a complex client portfolio, some of which may include key clients to the business
Assisting with the training and development of more junior team members
Supporting the management team with the development of an effective system of internal control throughout the company to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Deputising for the Manager as required
Acting as the focal point for administration and technical queries from the team
Experience and skills required:
Hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or ACCA
Broad knowledge and understanding of company administration and corporate governance
Strong minute writing skills
Self-motivated with experience of working in a team-orientated and collaborative environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
