Within this role you will undertake a variety of tasks, including supporting the compliance monitoring programme, providing oversight and reporting on the effectiveness of internal systems. You will also coordinate reporting services and ensure arrangements are in place according to the regulatory legislative framework.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the compliance monitoring programme, including carrying out business risk assessments
Providing assistance with defining strategy and developing policies, procedures and controls, to ensure robust arrangements are in place
Managing various registers
Submitting regulatory reports to third parties, as required
Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and reviewing any potential impacts
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a regulated environment within a compliance, risk or governance role
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Previous experience dealing with JFSC on compliance issues
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Proactive approach to tasks and ability to work responsively and showing initiative
