If you are an experienced Bookkeeper with good technical accounting knowledge or a part qualified Accountant studying toward a relevant qualification, and have a positive, flexible and service orientated approach this could be the next career opportunity for you.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate and up to date accounting records in the client entity database
Assisting with the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
Preparing monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports and net asset valuations
Working closely with colleagues ensuring to adhere to client expectations and meeting relevant deadlines
Providing advice, support and explanations to colleagues as requested
Experience and skills required:
Be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent)
Previous experience of working with accounting systems, particularly Viewpoint would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of Excel
An aptitude for data analysis and problem solving
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines together with excellent verbal and written communication skills
