Play a key role in a leadership-focused, dedicated and professional team, leading the delivery of a portfolio of complex strategic change or continuous improvement projects.
There are a number of projects and contract opportunities available that vary across technology, process redesign and subject matter specific, therefore a range of skills and experience will be considered.
These roles will be on a 3 year contract basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a portfolio of change and continuous improvement projects
Assisting with the development of project proposals and providing advice on investment and impact
Leading the design and implementation of change projects
Analysing portfolio requirements and providing advice to resolve any conflicts
Building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and providing progress updates
Experience and skills required:
Previous project or change management experience
Hold one or more recognised project or change management qualifications
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, stakeholder management and data analysis
Confident scoping, planning and implementing projects
Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
