Play a key role in a leadership-focused, dedicated and professional team, leading the delivery of a portfolio of complex strategic change or continuous improvement projects.

There are a number of projects and contract opportunities available that vary across technology, process redesign and subject matter specific, therefore a range of skills and experience will be considered.

These roles will be on a 3 year contract basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a portfolio of change and continuous improvement projects 

  • Assisting with the development of project proposals and providing advice on investment and impact

  • Leading the design and implementation of change projects 

  • Analysing portfolio requirements and providing advice to resolve any conflicts

  • Building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and providing progress updates  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous project or change management experience 

  • Hold one or more recognised project or change management qualifications 

  • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, stakeholder management and data analysis

  • Confident scoping, planning and implementing projects 

  • Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
