Take direct responsibility for the set-up and onboarding of a full range of wealth structures, in an international fiduciary business which celebrates inclusivity and encourages career growth.

Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a fiduciary environment, however relevant transferable skills and experience will be considered as full training will be provided
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients to obtain documentation and information needed to facilitate the set-up of wealth structures
Providing advice and guidance to the wider fiduciary teams in terms of the set up of new clients, statutory matters and management information
Ensuring work is delivered to agreed deadlines
Defining client due diligence requirements for individual cases and communicating these to clients
Preparing client acceptance files for presentation at committee meetings
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
Experience and skills required:
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification, however this is not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of CDD policies and procedures
Knowledge of trust and company law would be an advantage
Confident using Microsoft Excel
