Responsibilities will include:
Developing and driving the wealth management strategy by growing the client base
Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts, in order to win client referrals
Producing a lending department business development plan in line with the overall strategy
Keeping up to date with latest industry trends
Reviewing risks of potential clients
Experience and skills required:
Ideally hold a professional qualification, such as ICSA, STEP, ACCA, CeMAP
Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking financial product sales
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Good time management skills
