Support the continued success of an award-winning banking and investment firm, playing a key role in the development and implementation of the strategy for the corporate and banking department’s investment business portfolio.

In this senior level role, you will manage the client portfolio and support business development and distribution initiatives, in order to deliver a quality service at all times. You will also ensure the department and implemented performance strategies are compliant with all relevant legal, regulatory and governance requirements and provide investment sales-related expertise to the team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively contribute to the development of the department’s strategy, including providing subject matter expertise to leadership 

  • Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing clients, including overseeing the investment business pipeline

  • Designing and promoting investment products/services to meet the needs of clients 

  • Providing investment related expertise/guidance and support to other members of the relationship management teams 

  • Monitoring financial performance and keeping up to date with industry best practice and developments

  • Reviewing client feedback and providing any recommendations to stakeholders  

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally 5-7 years’ experience in a wealth management environment and previous experience in a investment-related role 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience developing investment solutions for clients and managing relationships

  • Confident communication and relationship management skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and logical approach to tasks
