Join a leading, independently owned multi-family office, where you will be part of a high performing team which prides themselves on the exceptional breadth and depth of their technical knowledge. Joining this team-orientated family office function, you will be given the support and guidance to further your knowledge and experience.

In this role you will have close and regular interaction with clients and be expected to act with integrity and strive for excellence in everything you do, supporting the family office division and each of its individual business units globally in achieving its financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with clients

  • Supporting business development and marketing efforts

  • Consulting with internal departments and third party professionals such as lawyers, tax specialists and asset managers, to effectively manage clients’ affairs

  • Preparing client documents, analysing the performance of investments and approving payments/transactions

  • Providing team members with technical assistance, including reviewing and drafting where necessary

Experience and skills required:

  • Holds a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ACCA, or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience

  • A sound understanding of financial markets, investment management and financial accounting gained through practical experience

  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills and a strong commercial awareness

  • Solid administration skills built up within a similar high net worth environment
