Responsibilities will include:
Proactively assisting in developing and expanding client relationships and business development initiatives
Providing sound technical advice to clients
Supporting colleagues, senior counsel and Partners on all client matters
Actively participating in conferences, seminars, client presentations and internal training
Adhering to values and professional ethics at all times
Experience and skills required:
Qualified Lawyer with 7 years’ finance post-qualification experience
Strong academic background
Ambitious and commercially driven
Solid legal skills with an appropriate understanding of relevant market and client industries and technical knowledge of the relevant law
Ability to work successfully in a collaborative environment, a team player, willing to support others
Jersey jurisdiction experience and/or familiarity with offshore financial service providers would be an advantage but is not essential
