​​An innovative business are seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join their growing team in Jersey.

Working with a highly skilled team, you will assist with the management of digital custody services including client relationship management, transaction processing, monitoring, reporting and operations risk reporting, ensuring all regulatory obligations are fulfilled.  

This is a unique career opportunity for an individual who is looking for an exciting, fast-paced role and who has an in interest in fintech/cryptocurrency, and previous experience within financial services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing oversight and monitoring all transactions and exceptions to ensure any outstanding exceptions are resolved on a daily basis 

  • Day-to-day client relationship management 

  • Resolving issues or questions raised by clients or other departments and escalating, where necessary

  • Acting as an integral part of the front to back system, identifying any control gaps and assisting with the development and implementation of new custody solutions 

  • Partnering with IT and compliance to deliver new and enhanced systematic controls, process efficiencies and client experience

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in financial services, ideally within fund administration or trust, custody support, middle office, operations, transaction processing or business analysis

  • Graduate in a statistical or analytical degree, ideally sciences, engineering, business, economics or similar 

  • Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively both in writing and verbally
