Work within a high performing team in a forward thinking and innovative wealth management organisation, ensuring client regulatory reporting obligations are met.

Supporting the day to day operational processes and controls for the tax operations and reporting department, you will review compliance with procedural controls and processes. You will also report on the FATCA compliance programme.

Responsibilities will include:

  • ​Reviewing tax forms to ensure information is accurate 

  • Supporting the renewals process, liaising directly with Relationship Managers

  • Coordinating counterparty requests for FATCA documentation 

  • Assisting with tax queries

  • Reconciling custodian reports and tracking errors/issues

Experience and skills required:

  • ​Previous experience of securities and corporate actions or regulatory reporting 

  • Sounds risk management and judgement

  • Excellent numeracy skills

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

  • Confident excel user
