Working collaboratively with teams based across the globe, you will assist with the delivery of a corporate administration service to a varied portfolio of real estate clients, handling demanding and complex transactions whilst ensuring an excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for a varied portfolio of real estate clients and related entities
Liaising with clients and third parties such as Lawyers, Auditors, Bankers and Investment Managers as required
Organising and attending client meetings as required, drafting minutes and resolutions
Undertaking administrative reviews of property specific documents and assisting with the coordination UK tax filings
Processing bank payments, reconciling payment logs and circulating invoices
Supervising and assisting in the training of Trainee Administrators and Administrators
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a real estate environment
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of real estate specific structures, an understanding of real estate specific UK taxation and sound accounting fundamentals
Working knowledge of Viewpoint would be an advantage
Client-focused with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
