As Senior Administrator you will administer a varied portfolio of complex clients, ensuring excellent client service delivery at all times and also act as a key support to the team leader, providing assistance with managing the team on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong working relationships with clients and intermediaries 

  • Drafting company minutes and trustee resolutions 

  • Maintaining client records and conducting annual reviews 

  • Providing support to more junior team members with transactions

  • Ensuring a quality service is delivered to clients at all times and in compliance with regulatory requirements

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the client service industry and the ability to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge

  • Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA 

  • Proactive approach to tasks and a passion for client service delivery 

  • Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Good working knowledge of a variety of tax compliance and tax structuring would be an advantage
