Responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary day to day relationship contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
Liaising with clients and third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers
Managing the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of private wealth structures
Processing bank payments and reconciling payment logs
Transaction management, including organising and attending client meetings, statutory filings and drafting minutes
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 4 years’ previous experience in private wealth finance
Holds a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP
Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint would be an advantage
Committed to achieving excellence for self, clients and the team
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
