In this role, you will be expected to have a strong commitment to client service excellence, administering a varied portfolio of clients to deliver a comprehensive first-class service, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, whilst supervising and developing junior team members.
Responsibilities will include:
Administering a varied portfolio of clients and liaising with clients on day-to-day matters
Maintenance of statutory books
Coaching more junior members of staff and reviewing work prepared
Managing client transactions
Conducting periodic reviews
Organising client board meetings and preparing minutes
Experience and skills required:
Previous fund/trust/corporate administration experience
Hold or currently studying towards a relevant Table 5 qualification (ICSA/STEP or equivalent)
Experience running own portfolio, preferably with exposure to corporate clients
Team player and proactive approach to tasks
Good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting deadlines
