Your role will be focused on maintaining all statutory records of the internal companies of the group, ensuring the company and their subsidiaries endorse and maintain the accepted principles of good corporate governance.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the department’s management of an extensive and varied workload, ensuring a professional service is provided to internal and external clients
Maintaining statutory records of the internal companies of the group
Organising and preparing agendas and board packs and taking minutes
Attending board/committee meetings and recording any action points
Liaising with external regulatory and advisers, such as Lawyers and Auditors
Experience and skills required:
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Previous company secretarial or fund administration experience
Ability to work on own initiative
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work with discretion and handle confidential information
