Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboratively working with your team to manage an assigned portfolio, actively monitoring client structures

  • Regularly communicating with clients and team members, ensuring client requests are dealt with promptly

  • Assisting with debt collection and identifying potential new sales opportunities

  • Preparing resolutions for companies and trusts as required 

  • Reviewing work prepared by junior members of the team 

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong experience within a funds, trust or incentive scheme arrangement administration business

  • Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification 

  • Ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative 

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail 

  • Confident Microsoft excel user
