Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and monitoring a varied client portfolio

  • Managing own billing and cash collection/debtors process

  • Reviewing client structures, completing review processes for client entities and remaining aware of risk exposure

  • Assisting with the management and training of junior members of the team

  • Reviewing legal and tax advice, where appropriate

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous corporate administration experience

  • Good understanding of risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory regulations

  • Either studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Committed to delivering a high quality service to clients

  • Ability to work using own initiative and manage multiple tasks
