Responsibilities will include:
Administering and monitoring a varied client portfolio
Managing own billing and cash collection/debtors process
Reviewing client structures, completing review processes for client entities and remaining aware of risk exposure
Assisting with the management and training of junior members of the team
Reviewing legal and tax advice, where appropriate
Experience and skills required:
Previous corporate administration experience
Good understanding of risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory regulations
Either studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Committed to delivering a high quality service to clients
Ability to work using own initiative and manage multiple tasks
