If you are a motivated individual with previous experience of working in a company secretarial/administrative environment, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking the organisation of all relevant meetings, including collation and distribution of materials, diary management and minute taking

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as input of share trades, updating shareholder information and creating reports

  • Drafting and distributing shareholder communications

  • Preparing and maintaining AML and KYC requests

  • Diarising renewal of trade marks

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ company secretarial administration experience, ideally in a professional services or financial services firm

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP, is an advantage

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Proactive approach to tasks

  • Good attention to detail
