Joining the debt division you will have responsibility for the administration of a client portfolio, provide mentoring to more junior team members and ensure the highest quality of customer service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a client portfolio, including overseeing all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters

  • Working alongside the Manager and Director to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of all regulatory obligations, including JFSC and stock exchange listing requirements

  • Assisting with client queries and acting as a source of guidance for junior team members

  • Arranging and attending board meetings

  • Overseeing all financial aspects of client relationships, including monitoring the billing process and chasing settlement of invoices

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in the funds/financial services industry

  • Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Good working knowledge of Jersey and/or Luxembourg statutory laws and anti-money laundering regulations

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Motivated and driven
