Joining the debt division you will have responsibility for the administration of a client portfolio, provide mentoring to more junior team members and ensure the highest quality of customer service is delivered at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a client portfolio, including overseeing all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters
Working alongside the Manager and Director to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of all regulatory obligations, including JFSC and stock exchange listing requirements
Assisting with client queries and acting as a source of guidance for junior team members
Arranging and attending board meetings
Overseeing all financial aspects of client relationships, including monitoring the billing process and chasing settlement of invoices
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in the funds/financial services industry
Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification
Good working knowledge of Jersey and/or Luxembourg statutory laws and anti-money laundering regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Motivated and driven
