Joining a real estate fund services team which has a well-established track-record of working closely with clients and delivering tailored solutions, you will be expected to have a strong commitment to client service excellence to ensure a comprehensive first-class service is delivered, whilst supervising and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients on day-to-day matters

  • Reviewing payment instructions for own clients prepared by more junior members of staff

  • Scheduling and attending client meetings

  • Supervising more junior members of staff

  • Conducting client reviews

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant industry administration experience with at least 3 years’ experience in running your own portfolio

  • Good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements and working practices

  • Understanding of basic client financial statements

  • Table 5 qualification and willing to undergo further studies to Diploma level

  • Team player
