Joining a real estate fund services team which has a well-established track-record of working closely with clients and delivering tailored solutions, you will be expected to have a strong commitment to client service excellence to ensure a comprehensive first-class service is delivered, whilst supervising and developing junior team members.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients on day-to-day matters
Reviewing payment instructions for own clients prepared by more junior members of staff
Scheduling and attending client meetings
Supervising more junior members of staff
Conducting client reviews
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 4 years’ relevant industry administration experience with at least 3 years’ experience in running your own portfolio
Good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements and working practices
Understanding of basic client financial statements
Table 5 qualification and willing to undergo further studies to Diploma level
