Joining the growing Southampton office as a Senior Accountant, you will deliver the financial reporting requirements and UK tax compliance for a range of complex real estate clients, which may include UK Companies, trusts, SPVs, funds, unit trusts and other complex structures.
You will also provide leadership and guidance on client management, team management and delivery management. This company prides itself on their commitment to training and developing their employees and making their professional life productive and enjoyable.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements and management accounts for a range of client structures to UK GAAP or IFRS standards
Reviewing annual and periodic accounts prepared by the team
Preparing tax returns
Attending client meetings in respect of accounting matters
Coaching and mentoring more junior team members
Experience and skills required:
Recognised ACA/ACCA qualified
Experience producing financial statements for corporate entities within various jurisdictions
Detailed understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
Commitment to delivering an excellent client service
Previous experience developing and coaching others on a one to one basis
