Within this role, you will support the delivery of an effective accounting and advisory service to a range of client entities, ensuring the quality of work meets the company’s professional standards.

Responsibilities will include:
Planning, coordinating and reviewing a portfolio of client work prepared by team members
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
Preparing, reviewing and signing-off financial statements
Supervising junior team members, providing on-the-job coaching and supporting ongoing development
Assisting with the preparation of company secretarial matters such as company incorporations and change in details forms
Experience and skills required:
Hold a relevant professional accounting qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of current accounting and audit regulations and issues
Proven client handling experience and the ability to mentor more junior team members
Xero accredited or have a keen interest in cloud accounting software
