Responsibilities will include:
Handling logged security incidents and producing incident response playbooks
Working alongside internal and external partners to advise on security incidents and anomalies
Configuring, tuning and maintaining security tools to improve detective capability and also building dashboards
Testing the effectiveness of threat detection methods
Providing detailed reports on findings, status and progress of investigations and risk factors
Experience and skills required:
Strong technical skills and up to date knowledge of technical threats, tools and techniques would be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Positive and proactive approach to tasks
