Working as part of the securities operations department, you will monitor and track the settlement of trades and bonds and arrange asset transfers between banks.

Responsibilities will include:
Administering the external and internal transfer of client assets
Tracking the settlement of client instructions through workflows
Monitoring outstanding trades and chasing for settlement details
Entering payment details and trades within agreed timeframes
Carrying out stock reconciliations
Experience and skills required:
Strong administration skills
Confident Microsoft Office user
Excellent communication skills, including confident telephone manner
Good time management skills
