Working as part of the securities operations department, you will monitor and track the settlement of trades and bonds and arrange asset transfers between banks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the external and internal transfer of client assets​

  • Tracking the settlement of client instructions through workflows​

  • Monitoring outstanding trades and chasing for settlement details​

  • Entering payment details and trades within agreed timeframes​

  • ​Carrying out stock reconciliations

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong administration skills​

  • Confident Microsoft Office user​

  • Excellent communication skills, including confident telephone manner​

  • Good time management skills​
