Be part of a small, busy customer service and sales team within a rapidly growing local business, where you will utilise your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills on a daily basis, whilst working closely with the sales team.
This commercial organisation is looking for a conscientious and confident individual to take on this key role, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, enhancing and delivering exceptional service levels to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing quotes and ordering products
Showroom styling on a weekly basis if required
Assisting with showroom sales for walk-ins, after product training
Providing support for aftersales in busier periods
Experience and skills required:
High attention to detail
Passion to deliver a quality customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with challenging situations
