Do you have previous customer service experience or an interest in home interiors? We have a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly office in a customer-facing role where you will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, using company products which suit their style and budget.

This commercial organisation is looking for a conscientious and confident individual to take on this key role, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, enhancing and delivering exceptional service levels to clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • ​Conducting customer appointments in the showroom and over the phone

  • Assisting with queries by telephone and email

  • Creating quotes, presentations and drawings using bespoke software 

  • Managing supplier relationships and ordering suppliers 

  • Following up with clients to gain feedback and check needs were met and convert to orders

Experience and skills required:

  • ​Previous customer facing experience

  • Highly organised with great administrative skills 

  • Ability to prioritise workload 

  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work using own initiative
