Do you have previous customer service experience or an interest in home interiors? We have a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly office in a customer-facing role where you will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, using company products which suit their style and budget.
This commercial organisation is looking for a conscientious and confident individual to take on this key role, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, enhancing and delivering exceptional service levels to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Conducting customer appointments in the showroom and over the phone
Assisting with queries by telephone and email
Creating quotes, presentations and drawings using bespoke software
Managing supplier relationships and ordering suppliers
Following up with clients to gain feedback and check needs were met and convert to orders
Experience and skills required:
Previous customer facing experience
Highly organised with great administrative skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work using own initiative
