Contribute to the success of a forward thinking and innovative international wealth management organisation, playing a key role in developing and maintaining business continuity plans.

Working alongside the Senior Manager and team you will plan and lead with any associated activities to ensure adequate business recovery plans are in place. You will ensure that any risks are managed and identify potential improvements to the current processes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the strategic and incident recovery plans, organisation structure and the system which holds all employee contact details 

  • Planning and conducting staff awareness training 

  • Tracking the resolution of any control related deficiencies within the platform 

  • Responding to queries 

  • Planning and arranging exercises and tests across the business 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience of business continuity planning  

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills 

  • Excellent analytical skills 

  • Proven experience of identifying opportunities for procedural and process improvements 

  • Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment
