Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing portfolio allocations to teams, ensuring the workload is allocated fairly
Undertaking forward planning for quieter months, linking in with the UK and other secondment opportunities in the network
Reporting on headcount, comparing forecasted, budgets and actual
Reviewing the CVs of new joiners and assisting with onboarding
Checking chargeable hours of the team and utilisation reports
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
