As Resource Manager in this global organisation, you will play a key role in understanding the firm’s strategy and managing team resources, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right engagements at the right time.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing portfolio allocations to teams, ensuring the workload is allocated fairly

  • Undertaking forward planning for quieter months, linking in with the UK and other secondment opportunities in the network

  • Reporting on headcount, comparing forecasted, budgets and actual 

  • Reviewing the CVs of new joiners and assisting with onboarding 

  • Checking chargeable hours of the team and utilisation reports 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Good organisational and time management skills
