As a Relationship Support Officer, you will ensure an exceptional client experience is delivered whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and complying with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting Relationship Managers with applications for account openings, registrations for internet banking and investigating payments
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients
Responding to customer enquiries and requests
Acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments, providing a high level of customer service at all times
Ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience working within banking, including exposure to payments and internet banking would be an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and prioritisation skills
Committed to delivering a quality customer service
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
