As a Relationship Support Officer, you will ensure an exceptional client experience is delivered whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and complying with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Relationship Managers with applications for account openings, registrations for internet banking and investigating payments

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients 

  • Responding to customer enquiries and requests 

  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments, providing a high level of customer service at all times

  • Ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience working within banking, including exposure to payments and internet banking would be an advantage 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good time management and prioritisation skills 

  • Committed to delivering a quality customer service 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
