As a Relationship Manager, you will manage an assigned portfolio of high net worth client accounts, providing advice and ensuring a quality service is being provided at all times.

Responsibilities will include:
Proactively contacting clients and building strong working relationships
Actively addressing customer queries and requests in a timely manner
Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities
Managing the lending process in regards to credit applications and advising on lending products
Overseeing the completion of annual credit reviews and KYC matters
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ client-facing experience in a banking environment
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Commitment to delivering a quality customer service
